That's right, time to travel!
Today we are heading to Chile.
Yes, Chile.
Just to be clear, I'm not talking about this:
(Although, thankfully we do have them in Lima.)
Nor am I referring to this:

Nope. Not quite.
I mean THIS Chile:
There ya go. Peru's neighbor to the south.
Looking forward to our first excursion out of Peru!
(And also, I hope that someone has had the brilliant idea to open a
restaurant down there that serves nothing but chili.
I'll let you know if I find it.)
